The same Welsh honey we use in our nougat, now jarred for you to enjoy on crumpets, ice cream or just on a spoon. From a single apiary, It's wonderfully floral and tangy. The flavour profile changes throughout the year, depending on what the bees are foraging. Created by extremely busy bees in South West Wales who are tended to by our friends and all around top notch people, Anna, George and Theo. They're a beekeeping family!
