We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. Orders placed on a Friday are posted the following week. During the spring and summer months, we monitor the weather across the UK. If it is too warm to dispatch your order, we wait until the temperature drops to an acceptable level (typically below 24°C).

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24. Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered the within 3 days, but please allow up to 7 working days for your order to reach you. If you need an order urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
