Froglet Snaffle

At the end of each batch of chocolate we're left with a small amount of chocolate that we can't use. Every now and then, to stop it from going to waste, we mix them all together to produce "snaffle". This batch is a blend of all our milk chocolates including -  Milk, Milky Coffee, Bananas and Stollen. It now also comes in tiny froglet form. They make great chocolate chips! The dominant flavours of this batch are coffee and the spices which are listed below.

Ingredients

Milk chocolate (cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder), Hard Lines coffee beans, banana powder, coriander, cassia, ginger, fennel, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, almond extract (rapeseed oil, almond oil).
