81% Extra Dark

Our 81% Dark is for those who want to taste the earthy and citrusy notes of our Venezuelan cacao. Made from just three things: wild harvested cacao, sugar and a little cacao butter. Sourced from the Piaroa people in the Amazon rainforest, this cacao is roasted and stone ground for over 48 hours in our Cardiff based micro factory to develop its intense profile. Every bar is hand finished and stitched into its envelope using our vintage Singer sewing machines.
