73% Clementine

Our 73% Dark bar but with a little citrus burst. Our Clementine bar is made from just four ingredients: wild harvested Venezuelan cacao, sugar, a little cacao butter and pure clementine oil. Sourced from the Piaroa people in the Amazon rainforest, this cacao is roasted, stone ground and tempered in our Cardiff based micro factory. Every bar is hand finished and stitched into its envelope using our vintage Singer sewing machines.
