63% Bananas

We thought there were not enough real banana products in the world, so we decided to change that. This bar is made from five things: single origin cacao beans, sugar, milk powder, real bananas and Madagascan vanilla. We roast our Venezuelan cacao beans and stone grind them with real bananas in our Cardiff based micro factory to create a malty, toasted flavour profile. Every bar is hand finished and stitched into its envelope using our vintage Singer sewing machines.
